Let AI take on routine paperwork under your control, with a person approving every step that matters.

Much of a school leader’s or coordinator’s week goes on writing, collecting and checking: reports, replies, applications, timetables, enrolment numbers. AI can now do some of this work, not only answer questions about it. This course shows how to set up AI agents that read documents and data, prepare drafts and carry out routine tasks, while a person approves anything that is sent, published or paid for.
You work on your own school’s processes, with sample data rather than real learners’ data, and leave with one working workflow, a set of approval rules and a draft AI policy for your school.
The course is taught by Josip Sobin, Jantar’s CEO. Jantar’s own marketing is run by an AI agent built on these principles: it reads the school’s analytics every week, prepares campaigns, posts and reports, and changes nothing public without his approval.
Heads and deputy heads, Erasmus+ coordinators, project managers, administrative staff and managers of adult education organisations. No programming experience is needed.
By the end of the course, participants will be able to:
Four hours of training in class every morning, plus field teaching in Split: 30 hours in all. The detailed timetable follows a few weeks before the course, when the group is final.

A six-day structured course (30 hours) at Jantar – International House Split, Croatia, for school leaders, Erasmus+ coordinators and administrative staff on using AI agents in school management and European projects. Participants identify school processes suitable for AI, build a working AI workflow that reads documents and data and prepares drafts and reports, define approval rules that keep people in control, apply AI to Erasmus+ applications, reporting and dissemination, and draft a school AI policy that takes account of the EU AI Act and GDPR. The course is hands-on and supports the priority of digital transformation.
Every course runs for 6 days, Monday to Saturday, from 09:00 to 13:00 each morning, plus field teaching: 30 hours in all, as stated on the certificate. Afternoons are free for Split. The detailed timetable is sent a few weeks before the course, when the group is final.
