Who is responsible

What we collect and why
- Course applications: name, date of birth, address, phone, e-mail and, if you give them, the details of your sending organisation. We use them to process your application, organise the course, issue the certificate and Europass documents, invoice, and meet our legal obligations (contract and legal obligation).
- Questions sent with the contact form: what you write and your contact details, to answer you (your request).
- With an application or a question, the page you first landed on and the website or advert that brought you here, so that we know which of our channels work (legitimate interest).
- Statistics and marketing cookies, only if you allow them in the cookie notice (consent). See the cookie page.
Who else handles the data
- Our course administration system, maintained for us by Amber IT Solutions.
- Vercel (hosting of this site) and SendGrid (delivery of e-mails from the forms).
- Google and Meta, for statistics and advertising measurement, only with your consent.
We do not sell personal data. Some of these providers are based outside the EU; they work under the safeguards the GDPR requires.
How long we keep it
Application and course records are kept as long as needed to deliver the course, issue copies of certificates and meet accounting and Erasmus+ reporting obligations. Enquiries that do not lead to a booking are deleted when they are no longer needed.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its use, and to receive it in a portable form; you can withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@jantar.hr. You can also complain to the Croatian Personal Data Protection Agency (AZOP, azop.hr).
